Due to many products being shipped internationally, COVID-19 has delayed much of the manufacturing and shipping surrounding a large majority of furniture products throughout the home furnishings industry.
Currently, most products are shipping within 4 to 6 weeks. However, there are delays on many products that are pushing them out to 8 to 10 weeks’ time.
We will do our best to keep you up-to-date on all orders that are not following the 4 to 6 week time-line.
Unfortunately, there have also been circumstances of orders getting "pushed back". Meaning, when the order is placed, our manufacturer states a specified date of arrival that gets moved or "bumped" to a later date. Again, these instances are out of our control, but we will work with you throughout the entire ordeal to ensure you are as educated on the estimated time of arrival on your product as we are.
If delayed shipping does not work, and you wish to cancel your purchase, we totally understand! Any online order cancelled prior to the receipt of the product will receive a full refund!
On the bright side, a large majority of furniture is not impacted by these delays, and you should have nothing to worry about surrounding the arrival date of your order!
If you do not hear directly from us when your order is placed regarding extended shipping, that's a good thing! That means your order will fall within the 4 to 6 week time frame, and there's a good chance it could even arrive sooner than expected!
